Nicholas Marsh is the Managing Partner of GrowthPoint Capital Partners, a venture and private equity group focusing on micro-market consumer businesses.
Mr. Marsh co-founded Xando, Incorporated in 1994 and served as President and Co- Chief Executive Officer until the company's merger with Cosi Sandwich Bar, Incorporated in October of 1999. Following the $70 million transaction, the combined company changed its name to Cosi, incorporated. Mr. Marsh became the President and then Chief Operating Officer of CosÃ, Inc.
Mr. Marsh's responsibilities included overseeing the daily management of the company, focusing specifically on operations, training, financial management, infrastructure, systems development and shareholder and employee relations. It is through his efforts that Cosi, Inc. successfully expanded into eleven states and the District of Columbia, achieving revenues of over $100 mm.
Prior to founding Xando Inc., Marsh was a management consultant with the strategy firm of Marakon Associates in Stamford, Connecticut and was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Shawmut Bank in Hartford, CT. He graduated from Princeton University, cum laude, in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Mr. Marsh currently resides in New York City.

| Tom Dippel, Managing Partner |

Tom Dippel is a founding member of GrowthPoint Partners, a private investment firm. Since 1993, Tom has been an investment banking professional, advising North American and European companies and investors pursing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and private capital transactions. His experience includes both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, having advised large, strategic acquirors on corporate strategy and transaction structuring and execution, as well as having managed exclusive sale mandates for both privately held and publicly traded companies.
Tom's primary focus has been on middle-market transactions ranging in size from $25 million to $500 million. In addition, he has built industry expertise in the area of industrial and environmental technologies, such as analytical instrumentation, industrial sensors and process controls, and engineered capital equipment for fluid management, water treatment and process industries. A significant portion of Tom's experience has included complex international cross-border transactions with companies in the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Italy and Canada, among others.
Tom is currently a Senior Vice President in the New York office of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he is a member of the firm's Industrials Group. Houlihan Lokey is an international investment bank with over 700 employees in 11 offices worldwide. In 2005, Houlihan Lokey ranked as the No. 1 M&A advisor for U.S. transactions under $750 million and the No. 2 advisor for all U.S. transactions, according to Thomson Financial. Tom joined Houlihan Lokey after 11 years at The Nassau Group, Inc., a corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, where he was a managing director and principal of the firm.
Tom graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. degree in Politics.
